Davina Intense is a whole new way of training. It's all based on the principle of High Intensity Training, meaning you work out for shorter periods of time at a higher intensity. It's all about getting the heart rate up really high for short bursts, which is great for fitness, toning and Davina's all time favourite - fat burning! There are three short main routines. Intense Cardio Box, Intense Toning and Intense Abs.
